شرکت بذر نیاگارا با تاریخی بیش از 50 سال، از سال 1996 تا 2013 متعلق به شرکت بذر(Harris Moran/Clause(HM-Clause–شرکت تابعه گروه Limagrain بوده است. در سال 2013 شرکت بذر Innova واقع در کالیفرنیا و فعال در زمینه تولید بذرهای سبزی صیفی حرفه ای ، با تخصصی بیش از دو دهه برند نیاگارا را زیرمجموعه خود قرار داد.
کیفیت بسیار بالا ی بذرهای نیاگارا – کیفیتی بالاتر از سطح استاندارد- در بازارهای کشاورزی سرتاسر جهان بر همگان آشکار است. این شرکت با سرمایه گذاری سهامداران خود توانسته است رشد چشمگیری در خط تولید بذرهای هیبرید داشته باشد. با اختصاص 12% از درآمد فروش کل ، این شرکت تحقیقات جدیدی بر روی محصولات و راه اندازی ایستگاه های تحقیقاتی را آغاز کرده است. این شرکت علاوه بر قرار دادن بخش تحقیق و توسعه به عنوان پروژه ای بسیار مهم، با افزودن دستگاه تمام اتوماتیک شمارش بذر، دستگاه جداسازی هوا و دستگاه های فوق پیشرفته ضدعفونی و خشک کننده بذور سعی در ارتقای دپارتمان عملیاتی دارد.
